It causes your bone to lose calcium. It increases blood pressure and heart rate. It stimulates urination and reduces body fluids. Food and beverages that contain caffeine: Coffee Tea Chocolates Soft drinks and energy drinks Some medicines that counteract headache, cold and various allergies.
